In the preschool room we are teaching the children basic sign language, this is something that has interested both the staff and the children.

The children are retaining the basic sign language for mommy, daddy, baby, food to name a few. We have found that the children at this age love learning something new which has enabled them to pick this up quickly.

We have also found that the children are coming back with further sign language terms they have picked up off Mr Tumble on the cbeebies reinforcing what we are teaching them.
